    You will take personal responsibility for managing your career with support from your Manager. Through assessments and feedback on performance you will create an effective development plan to support your career aspirations with us. The Skills and Development Framework is our way of helping you to identify your strengths, providing you with a guide on standards that are expected.

  • Induction and development

    Staff training & development are a priority. Staff are inducted to the care industries standards and undertake training common to the sector including Learning Disabilities, Safeguarding Adults, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, Dols, Mental Capacity and Medication.
