Head Office Team
We have a small, dedicated team of professionals at our Head Office who provide Training, HR, Business Administration and Finance support for the whole of the organisation.
I have been working for Sequence for over 12 years and so have a fantastic knowledge of the organisation. I really enjoy my job and being at the forefront of supporting both staff and individuals using our services brings me a lot of satisfaction. I have a very good relationship with the staff at all of our care homes across London and the south-east and know they trust me to keep things running smoothly.
I am an experienced social care professional with 25 years’ experience in the field. I have worked at a senior level in local government, the voluntary sector and the private care sector. I am passionate about ensuring that Sequence Care Group supports staff to deliver excellent care and that the people we support can access the richer life that they deserve.
I am an experienced Senior Manager in public and private sector social and health care organisations covering all client groups. Previous roles have included business and project management, operations management, business development, quality, compliance and performance roles.
I’ve worked in the health and social care sector for 12 years now and I have been lucky to meet many wonderful people throughout my career. My career path started off as a Support Worker, working in a respite unit for people with learning and physical disabilities. I knew right from the start that this was the career path for me. I went on to work as a Senior Support Worker, and from there progressed to Team Leader and then a Registered Manager. I managed a home for 5 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that may challenge. I’ve been the Area Manager for Progress Housing for 3 years.
David is our Finance Director/CFO with over 25 years post-qualification experience. He has been with Sequence since October 2015, and has worked in the care industry for the last 11 years in both the Elderly and Learning Disabilities sectors.
He is married with 4 children.
I have worked in health and social care for 12 years, starting as a Support Worker whilst at university. Since then I have worked up through management, becoming a Registered Manager, Area Manager and Business Manager. I joined Sequence Care Group in January 2016 and when Progress Housing was acquired in January 2017, I became the Director and responsible individual, overseeing the operations and integration of the business into the larger group.
I began working for Sequence Care Group in 2015 and manage all aspects of sales and marketing. My career in social care spans 30 years and I’ve held a number of senior positions including Operational Manager for Sense supporting 11 services across London and the South East and Registered Manager of a service for people with complex learning needs. I specialise in training risk management, staff development, mentoring and care planning and provide support for numerous professionals and organisations as well as lecturing in social care. My qualifications include Advanced DMS (Level 7), Qualified Behaviour Analyst through the IABA, non-crisis intervention trainer, registered manager’s award level 4 and NVQ level 4 in Care and NVQ assessor award.
I joined Sequence Care Group in 2004 as PA to the CEO. During my 14 year career working for the company I have gained experience in many aspects of the healthcare industry. I now oversee the marketing processes of the company whilst supporting the delivery of the organisation’s business aims and objectives.
I’ve been working at Sequence Care Group for 2 years and I coordinate much of the referral process, ensuring all client information is treated sensitively and in a confidential manner. I liaise with external bodies to gather further information and to provide information on what we do in our services. I organise and oversee the referrals on our database, and ensure all documentation, offers of placement and funding agreements are in place and paperwork is completed for all admissions.
Prior to working at Sequence Care Group I worked in various management roles for Tesco’s before becoming a HR Manager there for 5 years. I joined Sequence Care Group in 2015 as a HR Advisor before being promoted to HR Manager. I am CIPD qualified.
I have been involved with Sequence for a number of years. I have held a few positions during my time with the organization including senior support worker, deputy manager, and Registered manager. At the moment I’m the training manager responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the training to existing staff and new staff that join the organization also the development of staff in terms of their career progression i also work closely with the multi disciplinary team.
