    Staff training & development are a priority. Staff are inducted to the care industries standards and undertake training common to the sector including Learning Disabilities, Safeguarding Adults, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, Dols, Mental Capacity and Medication.
